Returns & Exchanges

We want your pup to love our gear as much as you do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all human-grade pet apparel and accessories. Items must be in original condition, unworn and free of pet hair, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original Dog is Human branding.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size immediately.
